Based on an enormous amount of educational research one-on-one-student to tutor instruction, is highly successful in improving a student’s academic standing.  Teacher 4 U goes a step farther... we provide one-on-one instruction in an environment highly conducive to learning – the comfort and security of your own home, away from the usual classroom distractions.  It is this combination of individualized attention and secure learning environment that will enable your child to quickly get back on the academic track and reach his/her full potential.

 

Teacher 4 U Academic Coaching

 

Teacher 4 U tutors are state certified teachers or degreed professionals with a passion for teaching.  A vast majority of our tutors teach or have taught in public or private schools.  Students are assigned the same tutor throughout the duration of tutoring.  Instruction is individualized – one-on-one, not a small group setting.  Immediately following each session, Teacher 4 U tutors meet with parents to review their child’s progress.

 

Teacher 4 U Curriculum

 

Teacher 4 U uses the curriculum of the student’s classroom.  Our tutors test the student to expose the weaknesses of the struggling student.  Our tutors will work with currently assigned classroom homework and scheduled examinations.  Most importantly, Teacher 4 U students are allowed to work at their own pace.  Teacher 4 U offers tutoring for children K-12, and adults, in all core subjects – reading, mathematics, science, history, and more – plus tutoring in study skills, computers, assessment testing such as SAT and ACT, computers, music lessons, and much more.
